After sending your cancellation letter, we will send you a confirmation email. Within 14 days of your request, you will also receive a detailed invoice by email, with a payment term of 14 days.

We strive to keep company address information as up-to-date as possible. However, it is possible that an address has changed without our knowledge. Always verify the most current details yourself.
Customer remains responsible for the cancellation
We handle the dispatch of your termination letter, but it remains your responsibility to check whether the subscription can indeed be cancelled and if there are any outstanding obligations.

We ensure your termination letter is sent promptly, but we have no control over the processing time or policies of Mediaset Premium.
No guarantee of success
